Gerald has over a decade of experience in home repair and renovations, is able to help you maintain your home, fix up one you're getting ready to sell, or help repair a new home you just purchased.
He is a member in good standing of the Association of Certified Handyman Professionals, and as such is held to strict standards of practice, including a commitment to ongoing training and education.
Gerald continues to expand his knowledge of the construction industry by participating in additional courses and training whenever the opportunities present themselves. His goal is to provide his clients with the most up-to-date knowledge and skills he would expect from someone repairing his own home.
Our staff member, Lynn, has been involved in administrative and office management for over 30 years. She spent over 10 years in the construction industry working with a General Contractor, and then a Basement Waterproofing company where she managed all aspects of the front office. She also spent some time in Health Care and worked in accounts receivable/payable in the food service industry.
She then worked in the Adult Literacy field for over 13 years. Eight of those years were spent as an Executive Director with responsibility for the overall management of the centre, including all financial management; human resources; volunteer recruitment; marketing, curriculum development and funder relations.
She now works in the college system where she has taken on the administrative management of pre-apprenticeship and upskilling programs, is a member of the college's community partnership fund, and various other local, regional and national committees.
